Engine 01
GTM Engineering
For the founder or revenue lead who owns the number.
We expand your addressable market against the criteria you set, build the email and LinkedIn infrastructure to reach it, and put an AI SDR on the replies. Everything runs in your own accounts, and the goal is one thing: meetings booked.
The order it actually happens in
- 01
Onboarding and tooling
We agree the goal, then stand the stack up inside your own accounts and wire the tools to each other. Nothing runs in an environment you cannot log into.
- 02
Email and LinkedIn infrastructure
We buy the domains and run three mailboxes on each, which is the ratio that keeps a domain healthy. Then they warm. Warmup takes around two weeks and there is no way to shortcut it. The LinkedIn side goes up alongside it through HeyReach.
- 03
The TAM expansion playbook
Once the inboxes are warm we start expanding your total addressable market against the qualification criteria you set: the industries, the company profiles, the geographies and the titles worth a conversation.
- 04
Sourcing and qualification
We source the companies inside that segment, qualify them against your criteria, and find the people in them who match the titles of interest.
- 05
Campaigns and the AI SDR
Sequences built from enriched context rather than templates, across email and LinkedIn, with an AI SDR working the replies and the follow-ups so nothing sits waiting on a human to notice it.
- 06
Live inside the first month
The target is an engine in market within the first month. From that point the work stops being setup and starts being growth.
- 07
Weekly growth and signal workflows
A weekly cadence of expanding the TAM and syncing to your CRM, then signal-based workflows so new accounts enter the engine on a trigger rather than on a refresh.
Outcome
Meetings booked
Everything syncs back to CRM
The infrastructure
The numbers we build to
3
Mailboxes per domain
The ratio that keeps a domain healthy. We buy the domains, in your name.
15
Emails per mailbox, per day
Deliverability best practice. Not a throttle we lift because someone wants more volume.
~2 weeks
Warmup before any volume
The one fixed constraint in the build. Sending before it is how domains die.
30 to 1,000+
Mailboxes, your call
Start with thirty and grow gradually, or scale hard from day one. Sized on the budget agreed at onboarding.
What we run
On the account, every month
Domains and mailboxes bought, configured and warmed inside your own accounts
LinkedIn infrastructure stood up and run through HeyReach
TAM expansion against your qualification criteria, revisited weekly rather than set once
Sourcing and qualification, then campaigns built from the enriched context
An AI SDR working replies and follow-ups around the clock
Positive replies flagged to you as they land, even though the AI is handling them
An update at least every two days on everything in flight
Signal-based workflows added once the engine is in market
What you bring
The business intelligence the Company Brain runs on: your ICP, your positioning, your history
The qualification criteria: which companies count, and which titles are worth a conversation
A review and a sign-off on the workflows before anything goes live
People with calendar space to take the meetings the engine books
Not the right fit if
You are still looking for the market. The engine sharpens a defined ICP, it does not find one.
You want maximum send volume regardless of what it does to your domains.
Nobody internally can approve a workflow or take a meeting.

GTM Engineering, in more detail
There is no fixed monthly number, and anyone quoting you one is guessing. We source as much of your qualified market as the budget agreed at onboarding allows, and then the TAM keeps expanding on a weekly cadence from there.
You do. We buy and configure them, but they are bought in your name and they sit in your accounts. The same goes for the Clay tables, the sequences and the agents.
Because that is what keeps a domain alive. Deliverability is the whole asset in outbound: once a domain is burned, every message after it underperforms regardless of the copy. We scale by adding mailboxes, not by pushing more through each one.
The target is in market inside the first month. The one thing that cannot be compressed is inbox warmup, which takes around two weeks, so the sequencing of the build works around that rather than against it.
It works the replies and the follow-ups: qualifying interest, answering the routine questions and keeping sequences moving without waiting for someone to check an inbox. Positive replies are flagged to you as they come in, and the meeting itself is with one of your own people.
Accounts running this engine
Write-ups go up as each client signs them off.
Runs well with
The four engines read from the same Company Brain, so each one makes the next cheaper to stand up. Plenty of clients run just this one.
