Every question, answered

The full set: fit, prerequisites, what the toolstack costs, who owns what we build, and where your data lives. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.

We build for B2B tech companies with a defined market and a team ready to work the pipeline:

  • B2B tech: SaaS, fintech, infrastructure and dev tools. Companies selling to other businesses.

  • Funded scaleups and startups: Teams past product-market fit with a revenue target to hit, not a market still being found.

  • A reachable ICP: Roles and accounts we can identify, enrich and reach. The sharper your ICP, the harder the engine works.

  • Someone to own it internally: A sales, marketing or RevOps lead who can make decisions and act on what the engine produces.

Outside that profile? Tell us anyway. If the motion is a fit, the engine usually is too.

In practice, yes, and it's the shortest part of the build. The Brain is the context layer the engines read from: your ICP, your accounts, your history, your notes, wired in from the tools that already hold them. Skip it and every engine ends up with its own private copy of the truth, which is the failure mode we get hired to undo.

It's built with Claude, Dust and n8n, against your own systems. Once it's standing, the engines plug in one at a time.

Retainer. A GTM engine isn't a build you hand over and walk away from: markets move, signals go stale, deliverability drifts, and a sequence that worked in Q1 needs rewriting by Q3. So we run the engine with you month after month.

  • A standing team: An Account Manager, an Automation Expert and a GTM Engineer on your account, the same three people throughout.

  • Continuous tuning: Scoring, copy, workflows and agents revised on what the data actually comes back with, not left as shipped.

  • Working in the open: Check-ins and reporting through Slack and Notion, in your workspace, so you can see what the retainer is doing.

Some engagements open with a scoped build, usually a Company Brain or a CRM migration. The work that compounds is what comes after it.

Yes, from day one. Everything is built inside your own accounts and workspaces: the Clay tables, the sequences, the agents, the CRM schema. You hold the keys the whole way through, and nothing sits behind a login only we have.

We work on retainer because engines need tuning, not because the build is held hostage.

In your cloud, not ours. The Company Brain and the agents run against your own systems, whether that is Drive, Notion, Slack or your CRM, so your business context stays where it already sits. Nothing is copied into a OneThousandPieces environment to make the engine work.

No, we operate GTM engineering but you pay for the toolstack necessary to streamline and automate your outbound operations. This includes:

  • Clay: Advanced data enrichment and ICP management (approx. $800/month on Pro Plan).

  • Smartlead: Email outreach automation tools (around $300/month for 60+ mailboxes, including domains and servers).

  • Heyreach: LinkedIn automation ($80/month per LinkedIn account).

Implementing GTM Engineering successfully requires the following prerequisites:

  • Clearly Defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): You must have a precise understanding of your target customers, including industry, job titles, company size, and geography.

  • CRM System: An operational CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is essential to manage leads and automate outreach effectively.

  • Validated Value Proposition: A clear, compelling value proposition ensures messaging resonates and converts.

  • Dedicated Internal Champion: A point person within your team who can support coordination, decision-making, and implementation.

Our onboarding process is structured and efficient to get you up and running rapidly:

  • Week 1-2: Email and LinkedIn domain warmup to ensure optimal deliverability.

  • Onboarding Session #1: Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Value Proposition and Lead Scraping Workflows.

  • Onboarding Session #2: Review Copy Proposal and Lead Scraping Workflows.

  • Dedicated Account Manager, Automation Expert and GTM Engineer to support your teams. Regular check-ins and updates via Slack and Notion to maintain transparency and alignment.

By the end of onboarding, you'll have a fully operational, data-driven GTM system actively delivering results for your Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations teams.

They solve four different problems, and they all read from the same Company Brain:

  • GTM Engineering: Pipeline. Sourcing, enrichment and ICP qualification, then AI outbound and an AI SDR working the replies. Everything syncs back to your CRM.

  • AI Enablement: Internal leverage. Agent teams stood up per business segment, so repetitive work runs continuously instead of manually.

  • RevOps: The system of record. Attio implementation, migration off your current CRM, and automation of the RevOps processes inside it.

  • Human Cold Calling: The human layer. Fully trained callers across US and EMEA on the accounts the engine has already scored, briefed with the enriched context rather than a script.

Most engagements start with one and add the next once the Brain is earning its keep. All four run off the same context layer, so the second engine is always cheaper to stand up than the first.

No. GTM Engineering syncs back into Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio, whichever you run today. Migration is its own engine, and only makes sense if you actually want to move.

A dedicated Account Manager, an Automation Expert and a GTM Engineer: the same three people for the life of the engagement, not a rotating pool. Check-ins and reporting run through Slack and Notion, in your workspace, so the working record is visible to your team rather than locked in ours.
